The mod includes prosthetics for missing ears, eyes and noses to prevent colonists from picking on disfigured people. DE Surgeries Mod features 2 cosmetic surgeries: Ear and Nose. Still open for any other suggestions for mods that do this better, though. It only assigns the highest surgery success rate pawn to surgeries so there's really only one doctor performing them, but it works for now.
